We offer health insurance to all full-time employees. Employees who average 32 hours per week are considered full time. Alliant offers Blue Cross/Blue Shield Carefirst HMO, and we contribute to your premium.

All employees are eligible to participate in our Simple IRA Retirement Plan upon hire. Alliant will also contribute to your plan!

You have the ability to update your availability and review your work schedule over a secure connection on the internet. This is a convenient way to manage your schedule.

Support

Our staff can expect excellent support from the staffing office. Alliant will assign you to a staffing coordinator who will be responsible for ensuring your schedule is done to your satisfaction at all times. You can also take comfort in knowing Alliant has its own Director of Nursing who is always available to assist with any clinical concerns that may arise. Our office staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to address your needs.
