Will Alliant deduct taxes from my paycheck?

YES. As an employee of Alliant, you will not need to worry about managing your own taxes.

Does Alliant cover its employees with professional liability insurance and compensation?

YES. Take comfort in knowing that you are covered for Professional Liability insurance. Unfortunately, healthcare workers are more exposed to the risk of law suits than ever before. Professional Liability insurance reduces your exposure. If you are injured while working for Alliant, you will be covered through our Workers Compensation insurance

Will I be assigned a staffing coordinator?

YES. We recognize agency nurses have special needs, especially excellent support from the staffing office. Alliant will assign you to a staffing coordinator who will be responsible for ensuring your schedule is done to your satisfaction at all times.

Can I review my schedule over the Internet?

YES. You have the ability to update your availability and review your work schedule over a secure connection on the internet. This is a convenient way to manage your schedule.

Am I required to work a certain amount of hours, weekends, or holidays when I sign on with Alliant?

No. As an Alliant employee you can work where, when and as often as you want. There are no required hours
