Alliant Staffing is a human resource company that has been providing supplemental healthcare staffing services for 6 years. Alliant currently services about 100 hospitals and nursing homes throughout Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia. We employ nurses, nursing assistants, and other allied health professionals such as physical therapists, respiratory therapists, and occupational therapists.

SCOPE OF SERVICES:

Alliant does more than per diem staffing. We offer our clients short-term and long-term contracts, temp-perm placement, and permanent placement services. We have a large pool of healthcare professionals ready to fulfill shifts on short notice. Additionally, we assist our clients with reducing vacancies through our temp-to-perm and our permanent placement program.

Through our temp-perm program, clients can contract a specific Alliant employee for a specified period of time. If the client and Alliant employee feel that the placement is a good fit, the client may hire the Alliant employee for a reasonable fee.

We can present you with candidates to fill your vacancies based on the criteria that you specify. Whichever program best meets your needs, Alliant is available 24 hours/day, 7 days/week to ensure your facility is well-staffed.
