Scope of Services

We offer our clients short-term and long-term contracts, per-diem, temp-perm placement, and permanent placement services. We have a large pool of healthcare professionals ready to fulfill shifts on short notice. Additionally, we assist our clients with reducing vacancies through our temp-to-perm and our permanent placement program.

Through our temp-perm program, clients can contract a specific Alliant employee for a specified period of time. If the client and Alliant employee feel that the placement is a good fit, the client may hire the Alliant employee for a reasonable fee.

We can present you with candidates to fill your vacancies based on the criteria that you specify.
